Es geht um die Qualifikation für den Nationalkader. Die U23 Athleten (unter 23 Jahre) fahren in der Leistungsklasse. Sie können sich für die Nationalmanschaft qualifizieren, haben aber auch die Möglichkeit einen Platz in der U23 Nationalmannschaft einzufahren.
